OCTOBER WORKSHOPS
HAPPY FEET WORKSHOP with HIMALAYA PARKER, LMT 
October 19, 2019  SATURDAY  2pm-3:30pm  $30 cash or check.  Enjoy a fun time massaging family and friend’s feet and learn about feet pressure points and the many benefits of foot massage. Applying pressure to certain points on the feet may help improve circulation, reduce stress, promote relaxation and help create internal balance.  Class ends with deep relaxation.  Bring a hand towel, pillows and a mat.
TRX BASICS CLINIC  with MADY BOCHAR
October 23, 2019 WEDNESDAY  12pm – 1:30pm $25 cash or check. Beginner & Intermediate Levels. No Experience necessary.            A standing class using TRX nylon bands attached to the wall. Build muscle, tighten your core, increase joint stability, improve posture & balance and endurance.    Wear gym shoes.
NOVEMBER WORKSHOPS 
INTRODUCTION TO CHAKRAS WORKSHOP
with HIMALAYA PARKER 
November 16, 2019  SATURDAY  2pm-3:30pm  $30 cash or check. Each of the seven main Chakras, energy centers, has it’s own vibrational frequency and color. We will explore each individual Chakra and apply breath practices, mudras with affirmations, chant and meditation as we activate, strengthen, or balance a Chakra. Bring a mat and wear comfortable clothes.
