She is a nationally certified fitness trainer, NASM- National Academy of Sports Medicine, AFAA-Athletic & Fitness Association of America, senior wellness coach, group exercise instructor and licensed massage therapist with over 40 years experience in the Fitness Industry. Her passion is helping clients improve and maintain quality of life with exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Mady is the former owner-director-trainer of Accent on Fitness, a women’s fitness club in Rhode Island. She has 45 years experience in the fitness industry and understands Senior women’s health and fitness needs. She is a nationally certified fitness trainer and group exercise instructor with AFAA (Athletic & Fitness Association of America), a senior wellness coach, strength training, and arthritis exercise specialist. Her passion is helping clients improve and maintain their quality of life with exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Lisa Cave is a GoodLife Fitness certified 40 hours + group exercise instructor. She has been an active fitness enthusiast her entire life. Lisa has always enjoyed sports including weight training, dance, and jogging.

Dana is a high-energy, motivating, and knowledgeable Fitness Instructor specializing in weight training, Step Choreography, and Tabata Interval, Classes. She teaches ALL level classes demonstrating modifications for all ages and fitness levels.
Dana is a licensed pharmacist graduating from the University of North Carolina.
Madeline Kanuka McGee is a Certified Yoga Instructor, having completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training with Ulu Yoga in Thailand and Bali. She has practiced yoga for over ten years and began her teaching journey in Ireland, the UK, and online before moving to Vero Beach. Madeline’s classes allow students of all abilities to explore new challenges and expressive movement in a safe and supportive environment. Madeline is careful to understand students’ preferences, mindsets, and mobility limitations—offering modifications and variations throughout her classes to make every pose accessible. Her goal is to help students realize their intentions for showing up on their yoga mats through encouragement and inspirational themes. Madeline specializes in several styles of yoga and incorporates flowing movements, full body strengthening, and deep stretching into her classes.
Before teaching yoga, Madeline was a Caddy for professional golf tournaments. She also holds degrees from McGill University in Canada and Queen’s University Belfast in Northern Ireland.
Beth Nolan recently moved to Vero Beach from New Jersey. Beth was a Radio City Rockette for over 20 years. She performed in films, television specials, international tours and on cruise ships. She is a former NJ state champion gymnast with a strong background in Classical Ballet. Currently she is a judge for Starbound National Talent Competition and has appeared on “Dance Moms.” Beth is a Method Pilates certified instructor with 18 years mat pilates teaching experience. She teaches a variety of Dance Disciplines, Pilates, Stretch and Barre classes. Her Ballet background assures proper alignment and utilization of muscles in all of her classes. Modifications are given to accommodate all levels. Beth enjoys sharing her vast knowledge with all of her students.
Himalaya Parker is a 500 hour yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor and a senior Kali Natha Yoga instructor. Kali Natha Yoga was founded by Ma Jaya of Kashi Ashram in Roseland, Florida. Himalaya was ordained into the Swami Lineage at Kashi Ashram.
She is a licensed massage therapist #MA 17417, reflexologist and tuning fork sound therapist.
Himalaya taught very popular classes at Living Yoga Studio and since the 1980's at various recreation departments, addiction and rehabilitation centers and yoga studios in our Community. She teaches a flowing and meditative style of yoga which may include the use of breath, mudras, postures, stretches meditation and relaxation.
Lena Santos, originally from Brazil and an American for over 30 years. In 2008 Lena was introduced to Zumba and fell in love with it. She has been teaching Zumba in various fitness facilities in Indian River County for many years. Lena’s vivacious personality, big smile and love for dance will keep you coming back for more!
