Nancy Alderman is a retired CFO/CPA that learned yoga as a means of stress management. She completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program in 2007 and has been teaching yoga for 8 years, primarily to students over age 50.
In July 2018, Nancy completed a 760-hour IIN Health Coach certification program.
Nancy's yoga classes offer many health benefits including: a calming of the mind, increased focus, improved flexibility, balance and a general sense of overall well-being. Nancy's greatest joy as a yoga teacher is seeing her students getting stronger as they are getting older.
Mady Bochar is the former owner-director-trainer of Accent on Fitness, a women’s fitness club in Rhode Island. She has 43 years experience in the fitness industry and understands Senior women’s health and fitness needs. Pam Buono is a certified Mat Pilates Instructor. She taught very popular mat pilates classes at Longevity Lady Fitness for nearly 14 years. She learned to love the Pilates Method as a student of Sharon Lucas at Longevity and eventually studied with Sharon in her own private Studio. Pam was also a Red Cross Certified Water Safety Instructor for many years in Pennsylvania and taught all ages and levels. Pam and husband, Al, moved to north St. Lucie County in 1999 and have enjoyed the Florida sunshine and life style, especially since they both enjoy riding their BMW motorcycles together.
Kathy Fotterall, “A Warrior Goddess in the Wisdom Years”, has spent the last 14 years studying and practicing Yoga. She received her initial 200 hour Training and Certification in 2008 from the Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health and went on to complete the 500 hour level training in Yoga Therapy with the Pranakriya School of Yoga Healing Arts. Kathy has studied Ayurveda to enhance her yoga practice with wisdom and knowledge.

Elise Mahovlich founded and operated Living Yoga Studio in Vero Beach for 15 years. She is a certified Kripalu Yoga instructor with many thousands of hours of classroom teaching experience. Kripalu Yoga is known as the yoga of compassion. Elise is also a 3rd Degree Reiki Teaching Master and certified in Prenatal Yoga.

Beth Nolan recently moved to Vero Beach from New Jersey. Beth was a Radio City Rockette for over 20 years. She performed in films, television specials, international tours and on cruise ships. She is a former NJ state champion gymnast with a strong background in Classical Ballet. Currently she is a judge for Starbound National Talent Competition and has appeared on “Dance Moms.”
Beth is a Method Pilates certified instructor with 18 years mat pilates teaching experience. She teaches a variety of Dance Disciplines, Pilates, Stretch and Barre classes. Her Ballet background assures proper alignment and utilization of muscles in all of her classes. Modifications are given to accommodate all levels.
Beth enjoys sharing her vast knowledge with all of her students.
Oliver Hamilton is a nationally certified personal trainer with NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) and has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry. He also works as a personal trainer at the prestigious Quail Valley River Club in Vero Beach. Oliver's great personality, enthusiasm and training experience make his cross-training and boot camp style group classes fun while you sweat!! Oliver is an expert with TRX, kettle bells, dumbbells, agility ladders, steps, tubing and floor work. Oliver is available for personal fitness training and small group training. Donna MacDonald ACE (American Council on Exercise) certified Personal Trainer, Peer Fitness Trainer for Firefighters, EMT- C, CPR, First Aid and AED certified and Instructor through the American Heart Association and the American Safety and Health Institute. Donna has an Associate’s degree in Arts and trained at The Dance Teachers Club of Boston’s Teacher Training and danced with the Current Dance Company in Boston.
Donna performed for 5 years with Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey Circus, dancing and performing with elephants and other exotic animals. She became a Firefighter/EMT with The Providence Fire Department in Rhode Island. She teaches a variety of classes: Dance, Barre, Strength Circuit, Tabata Style Boot Camp and Stretch & Balance. Donna is a bone cancer survivor and is a member of the GoodLife Fitness "Friends in Motion" Dance Performing group. GoodLife Fitness supports Friends after Diagnosis a local women's cancer survivor support group.
Himalaya Parker is a 500 hour yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor and a senior Kali Natha Yoga instructor. Kali Natha Yoga was founded by Ma Jaya of Kashi Ashram in Roseland, Florida. Himalaya was ordained into the Swami Lineage at Kashi Ashram.

Gloria Xiques- Studied Ballet under the guidance of the Martha Mahr School of Ballet, in Miami Florida, for over 42 years. Martha Mahr was the founder and teacher who trained generations of dancers and stars. Among the most celebrated are Fernando Bujones (with ABT) and Lourdes Lopez (NYCB) who today is the Director of the Miami City Ballet Company. Gloria participated in several Ballet productions through the years, as a super, with the American Ballet Theatre, the Miami Ballet and the Royal Ballet of London. Gloria’s passion for the art will bring to her class the ballet techniques for coordination, graciousness, flexibility, precision as well as fun because it is our choice at this time in life to be a ballerina.
