GoodLife Fitness offers group exercise classes for adults and personal fitness training for adults and all fitness levels. Our experienced team offers a variety of group classes including: Strength, Stretch, Balance, Core Fusion, Cardio Circuit, QiGong, Tai Chi, Foam Roller, Mat Pilates, Gentle Yoga, Step-Circuit, TRX, and Zumba dance. We have mostly Baby Boomer Instructors who understand “Senior” Fitness. We also offer higher intensity classes for fit participants wanting a challenge!
Individual: 30-45 minutes: $50 per session / 60 minutes: $70 per session
Semi-Private (2 people): 45 mins $75 per session /60 minutes $80 per session
Pre-Paid Personal Training Packages of 10 Sessions
Individual: 30-45 minutes = $399 ($39.90 per session)
Individual: 60 minutes = $589 ($58.90 per session)
Semi-Private (2 people): 45 minutes = $599 ($29.95 each person per session)
Semi-Private (2 people): 60 minutes = $699 ($34.95 each person per session)
3-4 Persons: 45 minutes =$25 per session per person
3-4 Persons: 60 minutes = $30 per person per session
Payments for Personal Training Packages must be paid in full before Sessions begin.
**Punch Cards, Monthly Unlimited Classes and Personal Training Packages are non-transferrable except in the event of injury or illness.
