Peggy Hamilton LMT, CPT founded GoodLife Fitness Studio in 2017. She is a baby boomer and understands the needs of Seniors. She is a nationally certified fitness trainer, NASM- National Academy of Sports Medicine, AFAA-Athletic & Fitness Association of America, senior wellness coach, group exercise instructor, and licensed massage therapist with over 48 years of experience in the Fitness Industry. Her passion is helping clients improve and maintain quality of life with exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Peggy’s Group exercise classes include Core fusion & Foam Rolling, Step, Interval Training, Yoga, Stretch, Strength, Aerobic Dance, TRX, Senior Balance & Movement. More Certifications include ACE -American Council on Exercise: Group Instructor Certification, Yogafit Levels I & III, Mat Pilates, CPR & AED. Massage Therapy modalities include trigger-point therapy, deep tissue, Swedish/relaxation, and AIS (Active Isolated Stretching) technique. #MA 54047
Peggy founded the GoodLife Cancer Dancers in 2018 to help female cancer survivors celebrate life through inspirational music and dance. She helped choreograph dance medleys and performed for 6 years with the dance group for Cancer charity fundraising events. Since 2018, Peggy has offered free group exercise classes at GoodLife Fitness Studio to support Friends after Diagnosis female cancer survivors.
Peggy's new 2024 volunteer dance group, The GoodLife Girls, is a 55 years + performance team. We share our love of dance and music to support charitable initiatives through no-charge FUN entertainment and empower our audiences to enjoy life's journey. Our original choreography, costumes, and music genres celebrate all age groups. Please consider us as you plan your next charitable event or party entertainment !! We welcome new dancers!!
