MINDBODY RESERVATIONS  RECOMMENDED

ALL: EVERYONE ** Some exceptions may apply. Example: Some classes you must be able to get up and down off the floor/mat.

CARDIO CLASSES (Bring Gym Shoes)

Cardio Step – Strength Circuit Fun and challenging step combinations, intense cardio work-out and strength training using weights, tubing, TRX, and stretching.  A non-stop, calorie-burning cardiovascular “sweat” class.  Stepping experience recommended.

Zumba® Fitness A feel-happy dance workout that combines a fusion of Latin and international music with unique moves and dynamic combinations that allow participants to dance away their worries.  It is based on the principle that a workout should be “Fun and Easy to Do” while achieving long-term health benefits in both body and mind.  

Cardio-Strength-CoreSafe, effective, FUN Cardio/Strength Core INTERVAL training. A moderate to high-intensity class. This combo class targets different muscle groups and provides strength, cardio, and core blast for a full body workout!   Be prepared to sweat and improve muscle tone!  All Levels welcome!

Dance Fitness and Strength Fun, Easy-to-follow, safe, FUN, and challenging low-impact dance choreography and strength training exercises. Build muscle and bone strength using hand weights, tubing, TRX, the Barre, and floor exercises. Core & stretching!!

All levels welcome!

Aerobic Dance -Strength-Balance Learn fun aerobic easy-to-follow dance choreography & line dances. Safe strength and balance exercises for the entire body using hand-weights, tubing, Balls, TRX, seated Chair exercises, and the Barre. This is a NO MAT/FLOOR class. Modifications offered for all fitness levels.  All Levels   

CARDIO Fit Work Out – Get ready for a serious cardio and muscle INTERVAL Training workout … guaranteed to burn a ton of calories!

Utilizing step platforms, TRX, dumbbells, tubing, therapy balls, and body weight. Intensity modifications are offered.  Levels 2-3

STRENGTH, CORE & MAT CLASSES

Core, Stretch & Foam Rolling – A rejuvenating, feel-good mat class strengthening abdominal and core muscles utilizing body weight, small balls, and larger therapy balls. Foam rolling and myofascial tools are used for self-massage to calm and relax sore muscles. Class ends with yummy, relaxing stretches.  All levels welcome. No experience necessary. Must be able to get up and down off the floor.

Total Body Strength The focus is on building strength, endurance, and toning your entire body using hand-weights, tubing, TRX, the Barre, and floor exercises. Learn proper technique with easy-to-follow, safe muscle and bone-building exercises. Lost some muscle tone? This class is for you!!! (Bring gym shoes) All Levels

Mat Pilates focuses on core strength and developing long, lean muscles. Movements target specific muscle groups, improving overall strength, flexibility & posture. Weights, bands, balls & straps are used to enhance basic Pilates movements. All levels

Real Ballet Barre ClinicClassical Ballet movements learned at the barre to improve balance & flexibility. Proper alignment & posture will be stressed in this Beginner/ Advanced Beginner class. Class will conclude with stretching on the floor. Bring Ballet shoes or socks. Pre-registration required.     

MIND, BODY & STRETCH CLASSES

Yoga DEEP STRETCH Practice relaxing, STRETCHING, and rejuvenating breathing techniques, proper form in posing and stretching with individual modifications. A positive, feel-good class for ALL levels of yoga practitioners.                                       

Gentle Yoga & Joint Health Open to all levels, especially for beginners, students with physical limitations due to injury or illness. Emphasis on improving flexibility, relaxation, and reducing tension.  The consistent practice of this series may help to relieve stiffness, arthritic symptoms, and increase joint mobility and circulation.

Yoga STRETCH & Balance– This class offers relaxing floor stretching and standing balancing poses and flows, practicing breathing techniques and mindful meditation. Proper form with individual safety modifications including the use of props (stretch straps, yoga blocks, bolsters ) will be practiced. Participants may use the Barre to assist in the balancing poses. All levels welcome!
