Her passion is helping clients improve and maintain quality of life with exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Peggy’s Group exercise classes include: Core fusion, Step, Interval Training, Yoga, Barre, Strength, Aerobic Dance, TRX, Stretch, Balance, Senior Balance & Movement and Foam Roller Classes. Massage Therapy modalities include trigger-point therapy, deep tissue, Swedish/relaxation, sports massages. AIS (Active Isolated Stretching) technique can be combined with massages and/or with personal training.

Janice James has been an AFAA (Athletics & Fitness Association of America) Group Exercise certified instructor for over a decade. She has taught a variety of classes ranging from step, cardio kickboxing, circuit and body toning/sculpting. Before Janice took a“baby (twins)” break she taught very popular classes at Nature’s Way Gym in Ft. Pierce. Deb Novack has been practicing Yoga for over 45 years. She has enjoyed a growing popularity as a Yoga teacher in the Vero Beach area, particularly those students who have been away from Yoga for many years and students new to Yoga. Lena Santos, originally from Brazil and an American for over 30 years. In 2008 Lena was introduced to Zumba and fell in love with it. She has been teaching Zumba at Longevity Spa and various fitness facilities in Indian River County for many years. Pam Buono is a certified Mat Pilates Instructor. She taught very popular mat pilates classes at Longevity Lady Fitness for nearly 14 years. She learned to love the Pilates Method as a student of Sharon Lucas at Longevity and eventually studied with Sharon in her own private Studio. Pam was also a Red Cross Certified Water Safety Instructor for many years in Pennsylvania and taught all ages and levels. Pam and husband, Al, moved to north St. Lucie County in 1999 and have enjoyed the Florida sunshine and life style, especially since they both enjoy riding their BMW motorcycles together.
Janet Zabrosky is a certified QiGong and Tai Chi for Health instructor. Qigong uses breath and intention to enhance the flow of energy and overall wellbeing in te body. Her Passion is to share her love of qigong/taichi to all ages for better balance and flexibility of body, mind and spirit. Qigong exercises can be performed standing or sitting. No Experience is necessary. Janets certifications include: Level I & II Cloudwalker Qigong; Roger Jahnke, Daisy Lee, Ken Cohen, Lee Holden, Chunyi Lin Workshops /Online Training; Paul Lam’s Tai Chi for Health Certified; Certified medication instructor.
Denise McCabe Becoming a certified group fitness instructor was a natural progression for this lifetime fitness enthusiast! Denise holds a Group Exercise Certification from SCW and Barre Shape Certification. She also teaches indoor cycling and gentle yoga.

Gloria Xiques- Studied Ballet under the guidance of the Martha Mahr School of Ballet, in Miami Florida, for over 42 years. Martha Mahr was the founder and teacher who trained generations of dancers and stars. Among the most celebrated are Fernando Bujones (with ABT) and Lourdes Lopez (NYCB) who today is the Director of the Miami City Ballet Company. Gloria participated in several Ballet productions through the years, as a super, with the American Ballet Theatre, the Miami Ballet and the Royal Ballet of London. Gloria’s passion for the art will bring to her class the ballet techniques for coordination, graciousness, flexibility, precision as well as fun because it is our choice at this time in life to be a ballerina.

Hester Denniston is registered with Yoga Alliance, RTY-200, and have been practicing yoga for 20 years, teaching for the last eight years. She has Qigong Level 1 teaching certification from the Cloudwalker program in Vero Beach. Hester holds a Master’s Degree in Psychology from the University of Florida. Her teaching is inspired by the Living Yoga Teacher Training Program in Austin, Texas, where she completed teacher training, and all the teachers, past and present, who so deeply enrich her journey. Hester's focus in teaching is to create a safe and comfortable environment for students to experience the effects of a balanced practice, placing emphasis on breath, alignment, movement, and attuning to body wisdom.
